The bed was comfortable, but the hotel was filthy—fingerprints everywhere, beer bottle caps piled up by the door, and at night a bunch of people drinking around it, which explains the smell. There was no exercise equipment and the whole place reeked.

The staff were very accommodating, the bed was comfortable, and there was enough room for my husband’s wheelchair, though the bathroom itself was tight for a wheelchair. When I mentioned the issue, they explained how to handle it next time, and I was assisted by staff many times going in and out of the hotel with the wheelchair.
