The resort is gorgeous, and I had my third stay there. It remains as calm as ever, surrounded by nature and nature‑loving activities.

The hotel is a beautiful property in a stunning valley, and Raki is lovely and very friendly. If you enjoy nature and are passing through Agadir, don’t hesitate to stay there for at least two days (the road is a bit difficult, but worth it). It’s calm, with a river and a palm grove. Breakfast is a typical Amazigh spread: homemade bread, tea, amlou (original), olive oil, and honey.

The staff were excellent. There was no air conditioning, no Wi‑Fi, and the pool was green. The advertisement was misleading, and the shower water pressure was weak. Everything else was terrible except for the breakfast staff at the front desk, who were top‑not‑ch. I fled after the first night and am still waiting for a refund.

The location is gorgeous, but the place needs work. The hostel sits in a stunning setting with beautiful surroundings, making it a pleasure to stay in such a peaceful spot. Unfortunately, the lack of upkeep and occasional lapses in hygiene are disappointing. The pool was especially dirty and unusable during our stay, which is a shame given the lovely environment. The person who greeted us was very friendly and helpful, though the overall cleanliness could use improvement. On the bright side, the kitchen staff were truly welcoming and kind. The breakfast was a bit light; adding a simple omelette or a few salty items would make it much more satisfying. Overall, the venue has huge potential thanks to its exceptional location and warm staff, but it would benefit from better maintenance, cleanliness, and a few upgrades to match its surroundings.
