The location is great, within walking distance of Pa‑Sin Temple and Chai‑Di‑Long Temple, opposite a 7‑11, and a nearby massage shop is also excellent; the staff always smile. The room cleanliness was lower, with many visibly dirty towels despite washing. The building is old, so sound insulation is poor, but the neighboring guest was quiet, so it didn’t matter. The room door doesn’t close tightly, though it locks.

A really cute guest house in a great location! The outdoor area is nice for relaxing, the air‑con is good, and the showers are warm. Interiors are semi‑basic but provide everything needed to explore Chiang‑Mai, and snacks and water are available in the common areas.

The place had a cozy vibe, made me feel super comfortable, and the location was great – plus it was very affordable!

The price was excellent, everything we needed was there, we didn’t feel like guests even though the space was shared and we had privacy, but it was a bit far from the market at night.
