Wuthering Heights Bed & Breakfast by the Sea

“It’s a beautiful clean hotel at a reasonable price with very kind and accomodating personal. We absolutely will come bac”

A nice hotel right on the sea, rooms were clean, food was good, and the vibe was completely relaxed. Everything was in order.

The spot right above the beach is lovely, and the beach offers several small, fenced seating spots so you can have privacy. The only dining options nearby serve Philippine‑standard dishes; there’s no restaurant with international, high‑quality offerings.

“Very good value for money.”

The staff were very accommodating, but the air‑con was very noisy.

“Exceptional Stay and Great Value”

The resort sits near the port of Tampi, not Sibulan, and check‑in and check‑out were easy. The property is well‑maintained, the private beach is ready for swimming at high tide/mornings, and you can sit on the table next to the cliff for amazing views of Cebu, especially at night. We loved the top‑floor venue at Wuthering Heights, and breakfast was cooked fresh on order. It’s a good value for the money. Two of the friendliest dogs in the Philippines live here. The hot shower and cold air‑con were great, and the beds were comfortable in a spacious room. Twin Lakes is a kilometer away on the street that leads to the lakes; the lakes are another half‑hour ride but the views are amazing. Just a heads‑up: the resort is on a very busy part of the highway, so look both ways when entering and exiting! Other than that, we have no complaints whatsoever.

The property is nice, the location is good, and it’s quiet.
