The location was great, perfect for walking. The place was dirty and dusty; we found hair in the pillows and dust everywhere, even in the coffee machine. I also didn’t like having to pay a €100 deposit at check‑in (which wasn’t mentioned anywhere and only came up at the time of check‑in). The deposit was refunded immediately after the stay, but not knowing the amount beforehand was unpleasant.

The location was great, check‑in was easy, and the hosts were very communicative and the place was clean. The bathroom was tiny; I’m 6ft 2, not particularly tall, but I still bump my head around it.

The location was decent and the room was well equipped, but the hotel was a complete trap: there was no reception or assistance, and I was never told it was a guest house. I had informed them I would arrive before check‑in, yet they didn’t tell me the front desk would be closed and that I couldn’t even drop off my luggage, so I had to wait on the street until a laundromat opened to leave my suitcase and wait for the access code. Once inside, the room code didn’t work, I called but no one answered, and the air‑con was broken; another call went unanswered. There’s no elevator, so a narrow staircase awaits you to reach the room. The room itself was fine and well equipped, but I would not choose it again; it was a bad experience.

The room was spotless and fully equipped, with fresh towels delivered daily and the room itself cleaned regularly. Air‑con worked, the en‑suite shower was lovely, the bed was large, and there was plenty of storage and space. The location was great, just a 15‑20 minute walk to the tourist sights, so I would definitely recommend it! Nothing negative.

The room was genuinely pleasant, with a very good bed, clean and beautifully decorated. However, the neighbors in the stairwell blocked our door with their luggage, and when we finally entered they were not friendly. Later, a suitcase was left in the middle of the stairs. Sound insulation was an issue: the doors hit the floor, making it noisy when people deliberately clanged them, and the café downstairs was loud.
