The service is always excellent, and the room and cleaning are very good.
The location is superb. The staff’s attention and the delicious breakfast are outstanding; I recommend it wholeheartedly! ❤️
The coffee shop and location were good. The bed was bad; they used two large single beds for a couple. The shower was inside the tub, horrible – I almost fell and my husband did too, it was slippery. Worst, there was no parking; we had to park on the back street in a terrible lot, cramped and extra paid. Every time someone flushed in the adjacent room, we were in the middle of it. The coffee was great but paid separately. The lights weren’t bright enough, awful for makeup.
I loved the breakfast – it was excellent.

The only bright spot was the convenient location. The staff were poorly arranged, especially at night; I filed a complaint but they never came to the room. The air conditioning was very old, the air was cold, a lamp didn’t work, the mattress was low quality, and the towels were old.
