We had a wonderful stay! The place was exceptionally neat and clean, and the room felt just like home. Mariam, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. She shared all the necessary instructions clearly via WhatsApp, making our check-in and stay smooth and hassle-free. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel comfortable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and welcoming stay. Thank you, Mariam, for making our stay so comfortable!

“Easy and responsive communication with the owner who accommodated my changes.”

Microwave, kettle, tea and coffee were available in the room. Toiletries included toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner. Easy self‑check‑in. The place can be a bit noisy during peak hour on the cobblestone streets.

“An Excellent Place To Stay with a Great Owner”

The room was well lit and had lots of amenities. It had extra batteries for remote controls because batteries are often weak and you don’t have them. A plug converter for USA/Japan sockets (a real plus), disposable slippers, an umbrella, and many other little things that you don’t find in most hotels in Georgia that are useful. The neighbor’s cat was very friendly, a washing machine and detergent were available. Outdoor drying rack to quickly dry your clothes with a patio to relax and read a book.

“sehr schöne Unterkunft, zentral und günstig”

The location is great and very central, rooms are clean and very affordable, and contacting the host was hassle‑free via WhatsApp and a key box. The room itself was nice but quite small, as was the bathroom; on two occasions we were upgraded to a larger room, which was perfect.

“Great location, comfortable place!”

The spot in the city center is very nice, and checking in and out was effortless; the staff were friendly on WhatsApp. I didn’t meet anyone else, I was the sole guest.
