Rooms were modern and beds comfortable We had Alexa smart unit at the room which was so great Breakfast was great with a variety of hot and cold food items with excellent service We were picked up by Mr Gang, the owner of the hotel from the Bruxlegg train station, and we appreciate the effort as we carried heavy luggage Staff were helpful and friendly The location was central to many scenic locations by bus as the nearest bus stop was close by 4 min walking distance Overall a fantastic stay at the Gappen. The comode in the bathroom had some stains ( it was cleaned, though), but all other parts of the bathroom were super clean

The view was beautiful and the food was good with an interesting combination. The sauna was open from 16:00 to 22:00, and breakfast started at 7:00, which is convenient for an early departure. Kramsach itself is very short‑notice signposted.
