The pool was a bright spot, yet the food was terrible, caused food poisoning, and the hotel felt very dated for a 4‑star rating, leaving me very disappointed.

Food, rooms, staff, pools—everything. We’ll return to Lanzarote and definitely stay at the same hotel again! Nothing disappointed me.
