Dirty, weed and dog smell, no complementary breakfast as they specified on the offer, bad attention, old and in bad conditions.

Look at the pictures. in addition to the staff being not available when we discovered we only had the end of only one toilet paper roll that was provided to us to begin with and the stores in town were already closed. There was no breakfast even though listed as a feature.

I only stayed one night, and the room had no shower; management handed me a pair of pliers to try to turn the shower on, but it still wouldn't work. There were no clean sheets or amenities, and overall it was terrible. I had to ask my boss to pay for another hotel because it was uninhabitable, and I was still charged. Everything was truly the worst hotel experience I've ever had; I want a refund and will notify Super 8's Corporate offices.
