Great place. The location was a bit inland but not a dealbreaker. The owner and all caretakers were super helpful. I booked the Phi Phi tour through one of their contacts with ease. I even rented a scooter through them without any hassle.

The structure is incredible and democratic, close to Phuket city center, but no noise! A bit away but Grab or scooter works fine. The owners don’t speak English, but with a translator we get along. Smiles and kindness are always there. Super place.

The resort exceeded our expectations. Morning swims in the pool with my husband will be missed, as will the great breakfasts. Every day the owner surprised us with a different flavor combination, topped with fresh fruit. At request we also got a fantastic dinner at a great price. The place is in a quiet spot, but you need a scooter or car to reach the beach or local tours without trouble. Alternatively, arrange with the owner’s husband, a taxi driver.

The cleanliness of the establishment and its pool are great. No one speaks English. It’s far from everything. Friendliness needs improvement.

We loved everything, except for noisy neighbors and a couple of parties that went on late into the night (which can happen during a 10‑day stay). The owner family lives in the residence and was always very kind, thoughtful, and courteous, making us feel at home. Breakfast was varied, traditional, very good, and plentiful. We ate dinner on site two nights out of ten, one of which was kindly offered. Homemade, authentic cuisine! Parking space 3 m from the room, pool as pictured… very relaxing, with warm water, heated by the sun that beats down on us all day. Spacious, clean room with daily housekeeping, comfortable beds, well‑functioning air conditioning. Excellent value. Quiet and peaceful location. If we were to return to the area, it would be our first choice. Greetings to the whole family and staff. There really aren’t many negatives, almost nothing, aside from the aforementioned “loud parties” that went on late at night and the equally noisy neighbors, young people… music and loud talking that disturbed our sleep quite a bit, but all in all, nothing really negative. We solved this problem with earplugs, being frequent travelers and prepared for anything, but a little more “supervision” from the owners would be nice… I’m not saying there’s complete silence after 11 PM as per the rules posted in the rooms, but no noise until 5 AM either… I repeat, we had a great time and would definitely return if the opportunity arose. As for the location, it’s a bit out of the way and could be “inconvenient” without your own transportation (we chose it specifically for this reason… and we had a rental car), but there are already some restaurants within a 7‑800 m walk if you don’t want to go into town. Or you can enjoy the excellent home cooking…
