The place is in a nice spot in the old town, tucked away in an alley and quiet. For $20 a night there are no complaints. The bathroom is tiny, but the host let me know about that in the pre‑arrival message.

We were a family of four, parents and two 9‑year‑old kids, and Fred and his wife gave us a family room that was very clean, very pleasant, and very quiet. The highlights for us were: 1‑the welcome, they’re adorable, accommodating, and full of good advice. 2‑the place is super nice, well maintained. 3‑the location is both calm and well‑placed, night markets, bars, restaurants all nearby. A beautiful spot for people looking for a family‑friendly vibe. Whether you go out at night or want to stay calm, it’s the ideal place. Thanks to both of them.
