I loved the location and the breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable, but the shower was cold and the water pressure was low; we told the staff but saw no fix before we checked out.

The hotel is close to the sea, but there were mosquitoes in the room, staff were on their phones, and they were using the guest hammocks after lunch.

The facilities and the staff are excellent, always smiling and ready to help with information or assistance, and the breakfast is delicious with many options and always new items; the only suggestion is that the outdoor area, tables and hammocks have a lot of mosquitoes, so a natural citronella smoke repellent would be nice, not a fault but a possible improvement.
