The staff were very helpful and the room had nothing that bothered me, so I could relax comfortably. I’m not great with directions, so finding the hotel was a bit confusing and it took me a long time to get back to the station, but that’s not the hotel’s fault 😅

The subway station is close and the location is excellent. The bathroom is cramped and the washlet is hard to use.

The front desk staff were friendly. There were hair strands on the desk and the room’s internal phone was dusty. I wonder why so many reviews are written if they don’t keep the place clean. Since the front staff are doing a good job, I hope they step up the cleaning. Also, my room had no Rakuten Mobile coverage and the hotel Wi‑Fi password wasn’t set, so I felt uneasy using it.
