The staff were wonderful, the reception guys were sensational and deserve congratulations; however, the minibar in the room didn’t work, the outlets didn’t work, the mattress was terrible, we were moved to another room – an excellent one for two nights – but we agreed to switch rooms again because the one we had was actually rented out, the third room was mediocre, and the linens and mattress cover looked dirty.

We were very well received and greeted by André and also by Ângelo. The room was cozy, clean, and organized, and the breakfast was wonderful.

The location was very good for enjoying the area, but the parking required you to move your car so another could exit.

Nice photos, but the place is very dirty. The cleanliness differs from the pictures, the bedding is unclean, the walls are dirty, and one bathroom is disgusting.
