The bed was clean and comfortable. At night, I heard a lot of mouse‑like noises moving around quite frequently.

During the busy end‑of‑November business travel period, when inbound tourists drive up hotel rates in Sendai, I was able to stay for just ¥5,500, which is remarkably cheap, and given today’s rising base rates I didn’t expect much from the facilities, yet they provided the bare minimum needed for a stay and the staff’s attitude was excellent, making my short visit comfortable. The room photos differ a bit, which could raise expectations, and the experience depends on what a guest expects; if you only need a place to sleep, there’s no real issue. A slightly higher pillow would be nice, and while it was fine for the cooler season, the lack of air‑conditioning in summer is a concern (there was a fan, though).
