The hotel sits in a fantastic spot, and because it faces a quiet side street, the only noise comes from the pub itself; there was a wedding one night, but the staff were upfront about the closing times and when the pub was closed for wedding guests only; the room was very clean and well‑appointed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout blinds were a great addition.

We rode our bike to the hotel because it was close to Hackney Town Hall as we were heading to a family wedding, and it could not have been closer. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The room was very comfortable with good facilities, the staff were lovely, and the pub downstairs was great. It’s very convenient for Hackney Central station and the Moth Club, and there are plenty of food options nearby, including the pub itself. Nothing to complain about.

I can’t fault this place for an overnight stay; the rooms are clean and have everything you need, including coffee‑making facilities. It’s also just three minutes from The Moth Club where I was headed.

The room was nice, the bed comfy, the shower great, and there were tea, coffee, drinks, etc., and the staff were friendly and helpful. The downside was that the room overlooked the rear of houses and flats, and a nearby property had an extremely loud air‑con/heating vent running all night, which made for a very patchy sleep. There were also no electrical points at the bedside where needed.
