The staff were great and very helpful, going out of their way to make my visit relaxed and enjoyable—especially Jose, the front desk manager, who ensured a pleasurable stay. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Pub Street and the Old Market. Angkor Wat was amazing; the cab driver picked me up from the hotel and took me sightseeing—overall a great experience!

The staff were fantastic, especially Jose at the front desk who went above and beyond to make my visit unforgettable. I rented a motorbike and hired a private driver for sightseeing, and Angkor Wat was truly amazing; I'm glad I chose Siem Reap. I would definitely book again. The location is great, within walking distance to Pub Street and the old market. Thanks to everyone.

The price was reasonable for staying near all the surrounding food options. The room on the 3rd floor was very hot in April; the air‑conditioning was weak even when set to 16°C, and the corridor ventilation facing the street let in a lot of heat. It would help to keep the door closed to keep the room cooler.

I had stayed at this hotel several times in recent years, so I knew what to expect. The large room had great bedding, and I requested a room at the back because I’m very noise‑sensitive, which was perfect. It’s also close to the center and restaurants. The young staff were very friendly and smiling, and the value for money was excellent. Nothing to complain about.
