The hotel was beautiful in the Karoo. Natalie was an amazing host who kept in touch before we arrived, and because it was Sunday everyone was closed for dinner, she kindly organized a cheese platter for us. The rooms were very grand, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you, Natalie, for all your kindness and for helping with our left coats!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional five-star boutique hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. The beautifully designed rooms and exceptional service made my stay truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to the warm hospitality of the host, Natalie, who treated me like royalty. The hotel's culinary offerings were also top-notch, providing excellent value for the price.
