Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Everything was very clean, the staff were very attentive, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect. I asked if they could change my room because the noise was excessive, but they couldn’t, so I had a horrible night. Today I chose to stay elsewhere.

Very good. The room had an unpleasant odor.

Excellent.

The room was extremely clean and the reception staff were very attentive. I didn’t like the breakfast: the orange juice was tangy, the eggs were too greasy, and they were overcooked.

The room was clean and had everything needed; it met the value for money, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy, so we rested well. It has a Roku TV. The staff handled any requests well, and the lunch buffet was better than expected; we’ll definitely return.
