Good spot for getting to the beach, the city centre and Lavagna; the host was very courteous and available. The room was a bit tight, the bathroom had a toilet and was very noisy, the staircase access was a bit narrow, and there’s no internal parking—only external public parking.

“Un piacevole angolo verde, ben curato, dove siamo stati accolti da proprietari davvero gentili.”

I loved the place and its garden, which was well kept and incredibly fresh! The owner Silvana was warm and helpful. The only downside was that the hotel sits on a very busy street, so the traffic noise was annoying, especially at night.

“Ti senti come a casa”

The owner was so kind, attentive, and caring that I felt pampered. She makes a divine breakfast, and chatting with her over a great coffee makes you feel at home. The room was spotless and tidy, just right for what I needed. I highly recommend booking here; you won’t regret it!

La Signora molto disponibile ad anticipare la colazione, pulizia della camera top e letto confortevole, parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri. Camera molto rumorosa con le finestre che danno direttamente su strada trafficata, riposo notturno interrotto più volte

“Esperienza più che eccellente”

Everything was excellent: the location was very accessible, the lady was extremely kind and friendly, she treated us like her own nephews, the breakfast was great, and we were never treated so well. Thank you so much; we will come back.
