I had a terrible experience at this hotel, to say the least. The customer service was horrible, and I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. I won't be returning here again. Overall, it was the worst booking experience I've ever had.

My stay was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The hotel was overpriced, and we didn't receive the water park passes that were advertised. To make matters worse, our room had two double beds instead of the two queen beds we had requested. The lack of parking options, with most of us having to park in a gravel lot with massive potholes, was the final straw. I won't be booking here again.

While the room was spacious, that was about the only positive aspect of my stay. The water park passes weren't included, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom had mildew. The TV was also surprisingly small. Overall, I was underwhelmed by this hotel.

The hotel itself was clean and nice, with plenty of towels and extra blankets available. However, I was disappointed to find that none of the hotel's amenities, including water park passes, were included in the stay. It felt like an added expense that wasn't clearly communicated.
