I stayed far away from this place; there was nothing positive about it. The check‑in was at 16:00, we arrived at 16:20 and nobody was there and the hotel was locked. We waited outside in the cold and called the number on the door. Somebody answered and said that he was currently out, so he suggested that we wait in the car until he was back. After 20 minutes of waiting, nobody had shown up and so we left. We got no refund and no apology.

The breakfast was very simple. I couldn’t turn on the heating in the room. There were no activities in the area. The majority of the experience was bad. It seemed like they were unprepared for our arrival. The reception was locked. They advertised a very good breakfast, but it wasn’t. It was simple.

The room was clean and tidy. No breakfast, lunch, or dinner could be obtained. The business was located in the nearest area, with very few guests.

I would strongly advise against staying at this place! The photos online are misleading and nothing looks like the reality. Even though pets were allowed, we were put into a dirty basement room with a musty smell, a broken toilet, and no basic comforts. I felt completely deceived and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The location is beautiful and remote, but the restaurant is a joke. They served reheated burger patties, dry potatoes with a weird taste, and wilted, brown salad. No drinks were available except water, and 500 NOK for a meal for two people is a total rip‑off. The room itself was comfortable and clean, yet the whole place feels run‑down and uninviting. I would have driven further if I had known better.
