I stayed at Hotel Lilium Valley on my trip to Machu Picchu and it was one of my favorite places among all the hotels I visited. The staff were very helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist. The hotel also has a large, beautiful garden that feels very peaceful, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun on the garden seats. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of options and a very natural feel. The orange juices and other fruit drinks were very fresh, something that is highly appreciated compared to other hotels that usually offer bottled juices. I also liked the room temperature; even on cold days the room stayed warm and comfortable, which made the stay much more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and calm environment for their visit to Machu Picchu.

Sleeping at Lilium Valley was wonderful; the staff were very friendly and charming. The breakfast was wonderfully varied, and I liked that I could choose whatever I wanted from fruits, vegetables, cereals, etc. The room had a beautiful view of the garden and was surrounded by nature with lovely vistas that invite rest. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had extra blankets in case I felt cold. What I liked most was the location, just a few blocks from the main square where I found a variety of food and could enjoy the surrounding attractions. I’ll always remember Leydy, the receptionist who helped me get to the station and suggested where to eat and which places I could visit; I’d love to return!

The location and breakfast were both top-notch, but the price of $73 for one night was a bit steep. The photos made the place look really nice, but in reality, it's a bit dated, with small mattresses and a tiny bathroom. For the price, I expected a lot more.

The garden was a real highlight of my stay, I spent three lovely afternoons there. However, the rooms were a bit cramped for three people and could've done with a bit more surface space, but the beds were super comfy and there were plenty of warm blankets to snuggle up with.
