I met Albert, who was incredibly friendly and eager to recommend spots around Cape Town. The garden was lovely, and the tiny kitchen came fully equipped, even with coal for a braai. He kindly handed out snacks, and the off‑street parking was safe. The house sits a kilometer from the beach, making it perfect for a walk or run. I have no constructive criticism—just a cozy, homely vibe rather than a polished hotel experience, which is fine if that’s what you’re after.

The place in Milnerton was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Every room had almost everything you could need, and the host was top tier.

Albert greeted me warmly, and I appreciated the off‑street parking with sensor lights inside the property. The garden was quiet and beautifully kept. Both the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an electric blanket on the bed. I did dislike the huge cactus with thorns right outside the unit’s front door.

“Beautiful place with a wonderful host”

We spent an amazing week at Buddha Garden. Albert was a kind, attentive host who genuinely wanted us to feel at home. The accommodation was beautiful, fully equipped, and the garden fantastic, all in a great location. The beds were a dream—we slept incredibly well. Albert offered plenty of useful tips and was always ready to help. I’d 100% recommend staying here and would definitely return to Cape Town with Albert again.
