Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I apparently arrived with a reservation but there was no service; I had to find a hotel elsewhere. I hope they didn't charge me anything. I didn't see any service, so I hope they didn't charge me anything.

You can't rate this hotel because it doesn't exist; it is not a hotel. The reservation we had never existed. This caused a problem because I had to find another hotel in the late afternoon, raining and with no transportation.

The place is abandoned and doesn't work. When I arrived it was full of cobwebs, it was empty, and I was left on the street with my daughter alone in a city I didn't know for almost a whole day.

I never saw the accommodation inside because they never answered or opened. I called and wrote days before arrival and never got a response; I called Booking and they couldn't reach them either, I waited on the line and nothing. I waited 20 minutes for the facility to open and nothing. Thanks to Booking's call recommendation I booked another place and got accommodation. I requested a cancellation and they didn't accept it.
