The room was quiet—felt like we were the only guests, although that wasn’t the case at breakfast. We definitely want to use the voucher for a free night that’s valid for three years. Thanks for that! The only tiny issue was the plastic cup in the bathroom; we’d prefer a real glass if the “gifts” can be left out.

The welcome was very warm from the lady, who was eager to speak French (the whole team). The small welcome gifts and gestures were nice. The meals were delicious and the lunch buffet offered a wide selection. The parking is monitored and close to the hotel.

The bed was great! Everything else was fine and tidy; the only downside was that the shower didn’t have a bed (personal preference). The staff were very friendly. Maybe offer salmon at breakfast as a fish alternative.

The family room turned out to be a pleasant surprise; we were expecting a pull‑out bed for the kids but instead received two rooms with a connecting door. The staff were very helpful and served a really good breakfast in a well‑presented dining room. No complaints on anything.
