We felt very comfortable, especially thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff. We booked activities easily through the hotel, and a highlight was watching the hot‑air balloons from the terrace—a beautiful sight! The location is very central yet pleasant, making it quick to reach the city centre.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard, and the pool was a real highlight. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it

The new building was very well kept, and I especially liked the pool and the staff’s huge willingness and friendliness; overall it was a great experience. The breakfast could have offered a wider and richer selection of items.
