The room was clean and quiet, and check‑in went smoothly. However, room 2125 had a few flying bugs that I suspect were termites; the room was otherwise clean but clearly needs a major refresh. I never had this issue before. I called the front desk, asked them to hold, but no one returned my call. Having stayed there previously, I feel this should be compensated, and I will contact my booking company about it.

The pool was decent, and the room was fine. They mislead about the free shuttle service, claiming they only send one to the airport every hour, yet it never arrived for us. The complimentary breakfast was a joke.
