Everything was great—top quality and the best of everything. I loved how close it was to everything and would definitely stay again when I visit Arraial. All aspects were good for me.

The 3‑person Suite was dirty upon arrival, so we had the cleaning crew redo it. The place feels abandoned, a ghost hostel with unacceptable hygiene. The kitchen is unusable: mold on the stove and fridge, broken utensils. On the last day there was no water in the room and a cockroach appeared. The lobby bar could be great, but it seems neglected: mold, a freezer that’s stopped with stagnant water…
