At check‑in we couldn’t locate our booking; they said it was cancelled even though the reservation through Booking was active. We had to make a new booking and cancel the old one, which raised the price, and we had no other choice.

The place was exactly what I hoped for—clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and the location couldn't be more convenient. I really can’t think of anything that bothered me during the stay.
