The cleaning was solid, but the service and the policies left a lot to be desired.

This hotel's prime location, surrounded by tons of corporate food chains, was definitely a plus. But that's about where it ended - the central heater was basically useless, and the staff's solution was to tell me to drain two buckets of water to try and get hot water. I wasted two buckets and still only got lukewarm water.

The toilet was a real letdown - it was pretty gross. That's my main gripe, but I guess it's worth mentioning that the rest of the place was okay, I just didn't get a chance to explore much.
