The location is fantastic—central yet peaceful, with plenty of free parking nearby. The downside is that the breakfast is only sweet.

It was our second time staying at this bed and breakfast, and we felt just as comfortable as the first visit. The house was clean, the breakfast generous, and Silvia was incredibly kind!

Silvia is the most thoughtful and generous host! My husband and I were overwhelmed by the constant and abundant supplies of snacks, water bottles, and coffee pods for the espresso machine. She also displayed a series of impressive, hand‑made maps of the town on the dining room wall, showing nearby sites and places to visit, which we really appreciated. During our stay, we enjoyed sipping wine on the balcony, which offers a sweeping view of the hills around Sassoferrato. The B&B is also just a 5‑10 minute walk from many wonderful pizzerias, restaurants, and at least a few grocery stores in town. We look forward to staying here again soon! All was great!
