The staff were absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The building itself feels a bit dated, and getting to the Avatar park required a longer ride than I’d hoped. Still, the service made up for the age of the place.

We liked that the hotel sits in a tiny town exactly where we wanted to be, just a five‑minute walk to the north entrance of the park. Around it there are shops, restaurants, massage places and even the occasional rooster crow in the morning. Our room was roomy enough, with big beds, a balcony and a great mountain view, plus breakfast was included.

The staff were super friendly, pointing us toward good local eateries and even giving us a lift to the park entrance, which made the whole stay feel smooth and enjoyable.

This place sits right in the bustling part of town with easy transport links, plus there’s on‑site parking and security cameras that give peace of mind. The lobby is simple yet airy, with light music playing, and the front desk serves good tea while the staff are warm, proactive and efficient. Our room got plenty of natural light, was quiet, clean and comfortable, with a solid mattress, fast hot water, strong Wi‑Fi and a quick shower – everything you need for work or relaxation.
