The location was convenient to Hershey Park, about a 15‑20 minute drive. The indoor pool was nice for a rainy day. The rooms were very clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again. The only issue was that one of the pool ladders was broken.

Breakfast was wonderful, with a big variety and all good. Next time we’d ask for a room on the other side because we live on a dead‑end dirt road and could hear traffic all night. We’re not used to night noise, but it’s not anyone’s fault.

They had an EV charger, a pool, and a good location. They charged me before I even entered the building, when they were supposed to charge me upon arrival. It wasn’t the morning of, and when I asked, I was charged for the other person’s room because I had booked two rooms for two people. They couldn’t fix it and no one responded to my email.

The front desk was super friendly and answered every question I had. The room was clean and roomy, and the in‑hotel washer and dryer worked well and were spotless. The breakfast spread was huge, but the crowd was overwhelming; I watched a woman load a plastic container for herself and her son, which made me feel bad for the staff who stayed calm while juggling endless refills and cleanup. It was a chaotic frenzy that I’ve never seen at other hotels.
