“Very disappointing”
The lobby doors were left propped open late at night, which feels unsafe. Our room was dirty: hair on the floor and in the bathroom, a mostly clean toilet seat but a dirty porcelain part, black mold on the shower floor and grout, hair pieces in the shower, dirt in the sink, and unclean faucets. The fridge smelled bad and was not clean; the microwave was dirty too, but the front‑desk attendant brought a disinfectant wipe and cleaned it. The vinyl floor in the main part of the room had cracked or broken spots, uneven patches, and caulking that was a trip hazard, showing the floor hadn’t been cleaned. There was no luggage or clothing storage, no dressers, and only a small table and chairs—or even a decent chair—would have been nice. It was supposed to be a non‑smoking room but it smelled of smoke, and the curtains had burn marks.
