Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel itself is very pretty, clean, and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, the chairs and sofas are huge and cozy. The shower pressure is superb, and the shampoo and shower gel are professional quality.

The location is great, sharing a building with a shopping mall and supermarket, and the view is nice. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of dishes, especially the Noodle dish 😋. The room is convenient with a fully functional kitchen and washing machine.

The location is right next to the metro and a shopping center with many restaurants. The front desk staff speak English. The room is nice but a bit small. Breakfast is good. Everything else is fine.

When it comes to service, this is the BEST Somerset we’ve ever stayed at! The staff are incredibly nice, helpful, and attentive. I accidentally booked fewer days than we needed, and they caught the mistake quickly and helped me arrange an extra night without any trouble. They also offer late checkout, which was very helpful. The staff were wonderful through and through, and our stay was nothing but pleasant. We will 100% stay here again when we’re back in Wuhan. I highly recommend it! The location is also extremely convenient—literally about 30 seconds from the subway station. There’s a mall in the same building, along with a convenient supermarket, so everything you need is right there. No complaints!
