Unbelievable destination with incredible attention to detail from the wonderful staff – always ready to help and make your stay even better. The views are breathtaking. It’s not every day you can dine with a volcano erupting in the background, but it does every day! The hospitality, food, stylish rooms, premium pool and lounges, and staff who treat you like a celebrity made it one of our favourite hotels ever. Nothing to add.
