Great staff and hospitality

A modern hotel in an excellent location inside a game park with wildlife viewing at the waterhole. The staff were very friendly. The internet could be better.

The cost per night at this Lodge is really steep! I had booked 16 Lodges and hotels on this Road Trip… It’s the most expensive Lodge.

The place is in a great spot near Etosha. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing! The exterior of the accommodation area could use a little TLC, but we saw renovations underway, so they’ll probably fix it soon. The signage needs improvement and the location pin should be corrected – we had a hard time finding the lodge.

When we arrived, the lodge looked far less luxurious than the online photos, which left us a bit disappointed despite the acceptable price/quality; however, the staff, especially Alex, Helena, and Secilia, were super friendly and made our stay enjoyable, and the game drive with Levi was excellent. I strongly suggest the owner fixes the sun loungers, which are old and not the luxury wooden ones shown online; the umbrellas are all broken and none function; the bath towels at the pool are old and worn; the main building needs repainting; and the tables and chairs in the photos are luxury wooden, but the reality is cheap plastic furniture.
