“雰囲気以外はとてもコスパが良い”
I stayed in room 205, and despite concerns about cleanliness from reviews, that room was fine. Next to it were the dining area and laundry room, where coffee, water, and hot water were free 24/7, a microwave was available, and there were two free washing machines and dryers. An LG unit that deodorizes and sterilizes clothes was also present. Breakfast included milk, orange juice, pineapple juice, apple juice, cereal, boiled eggs, bread, and cup noodles, which is handy for families who don’t like Korean food. I assumed the front of the room was frequently used, but I barely felt anyone’s presence. The building had a love‑hotel vibe, yet the hallway soundproofing seemed decent. The bathroom was spacious, with a shower‑tub combo and a separate rain shower; the toilet was in a separate room. The bed was close to a king‑size and a single, so three people slept comfortably. The room itself was large, with a dining table and a long counter that were useful. It’s less than a five‑minute walk from Chagalti Station, surrounded by stalls and shops, which is convenient. For summer vacation, paying under 10,000 won for three people here is great. The only complaints: being on the second floor, street noise was a bit audible, and at times there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke from outside smokers. The street in front of the entrance didn’t feel very Japanese and had a sewage‑like odor. The room’s ambience was a bit dark and the hallway had a love‑hotel feel, which might bother some; however, many Korean families with small children used it, and high school students might be more concerned. The front door opens outward, and when I opened it I almost hit someone, so caution is needed. Only one key card was given, and when it’s removed all the room lights go off, so if one family member leaves it can be troublesome. The air‑conditioner turns off when you leave, so depending on the season you may return to a hot or cold room. The bathroom and toilet have glass partitions; some frosted glass is present, but groups might find it awkward. There is no safety deposit box or closet. Cleaning probably doesn’t happen during the stay (the lack of a safety deposit box could be seen as a benefit). Towels are provided but not as large as bath towels. I didn’t notice any odors.
