Hotel Elysee

The staff were very friendly and the bathroom was nice. The TV didn’t work, and the front desk staff couldn’t help either. Breakfast was basically missing; at 8.30 am there were no rolls, and they were only brought at 8.50 am after we asked. The coffee pot was only half full, there were no eggs, and the jam glasses were empty. Very disappointing. There should have been a local contact if I was running a hotel with people with disabilities. Otherwise, it’s a very good place!

We were already on our third visit to this hotel and, as always, were very satisfied. The breakfast selection is diverse, and the breakfast lady is very polite and attentive. I was glad to see her again this year. The selection of drinks for purchase on a trust basis is very good; I hope guests don’t abuse it. All in all, keep it up. We’re probably not the last guests there. I can’t say I didn’t like anything, but after spending a bit longer in the room at night, I would have loved a second armchair.

The breakfast was spot on and the staff were very friendly. The location was good, the room quiet, the beds comfortable, and the service excellent. However, the room felt a bit warm for our needs, and a standing fan helped a little.
