The location was close to the theater for the concert, the room was nice, the temperature comfortable, and there was plenty of space; my daughter mentioned her bed felt too firm, which is just a personal preference and not a fault of the hotel’s bedding. The only downside was the lack of a microwave and insufficient coffee, creams, and sugars for two people.

The salmon and breakfast were excellent and the front staff were very good, but there was a problem with baggage assistance.

The place is in a great spot, rooms are spotless, there are plenty of outlets, the staff are friendly, beds feel comfy, and the water pressure is solid. The valet service was slow and sometimes missing in the evenings, but the attendants were still nice.

The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from Summerfest and good restaurants, and the rooms are nice. The only downside is that there’s no parking on the premises.

The staff were friendly, the spot is great, and the rooms are spacious. I ran into a hiccup with my reservation—my booking didn’t show up in their system and I almost had to switch hotels because I got no response, but they eventually located it and fixed the issue. It took about 20 minutes, but after that everything was fine.
