It felt like being at home with such comfort, and the attention and care were truly appreciated. Everything was nice.
The air conditioning works well, and the Wi‑Fi is strong. Parking on site is only for two cars, cramped and limited, which is understandable given the location.
Everything was quite good, but the location is a bit far from the market compared to other places – about 700 m on foot.
The house was brand‑new, modernly designed, and spotless. Walking down to Bascarsı takes 10 minutes on foot and is nice, but the uphill exit is a bit tiring.

Cleanliness, location in the old town (note – you have to climb the narrow streets uphill, that part of Sarajevo sits on hills), and good communication with the owner.
