There were a lot of cockroaches.

I was not pleased at all. The area felt very unsafe, and I was denied entry because I didn't appear on the list. I booked through Booking and never received a refund. It was the worst experience.

I never stayed in the room; I canceled it and asked for a refund, but the staff claimed they would take $239 from my account. I will never use Book again because they are crooks. The room that was booked for me was infested with rats and bugs.

The place was peaceful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had nothing I didn’t like.
