The service was quick and precise, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful in both variety and quantity, and the lunch/dinner at Palóc Bisztró was good. The room was well equipped, the surroundings were quiet, and the atmosphere matched the description and photos. The room could have been cleaner; I chose this place for its allergen‑free policy, but that area still needs improvement.

The spot is great, right on the edge of the forest. Everything was fine, it was perfect.

Everything was superb, the staff were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, well equipped, with many little touches. I especially liked the small mirror and the small pillow, they were very practical. We were especially grateful for the birthday gesture, it was a very kind act! We would gladly recommend the place and felt very comfortable.

The surroundings were the main highlight. The breakfast ran out before we arrived, even though it was scheduled for 45 minutes. There was no sweet breakfast at all, and when we asked the staff, we were told there weren't enough glasses to prepare, or simply that there was no food. The kitchen was full of dust, 30 minutes before breakfast finished. We couldn't make coffee for breakfast. The waiter that day managed to keep things going for himself.
