The people who brought us breakfast were lovely and attentive. We loved them. The location. They offered to let us leave our luggage. Everything was great. No issues.

The welcome was warm. However, the value for money was lacking, and the breakfast items were only available from vending machines.

The hotel is just a stone's throw from Termini station, making it super easy to get around. The staff were all very kind, and at check‑in they patiently explained things in English for us, which was a big help since we were struggling with the language.

The location was excellent, I loved the little terrace, and the staff were friendly. The reception was also very good.
