“Disappointed and inconvenienced!”
The Inn was conveniently near the event we were headed to, though it got called off because of severe weather. My travel partner, who has serious mobility challenges, was let down when we discovered only a single handicap parking spot for the three‑story building where our room was. That was unacceptable and disappointing. When I raised the issue at checkout, the front desk lady showed no empathy, dismissing us without even a simple apology. I won’t stay there again.
