The location is great, right in the middle of town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was hot and powerful. All the amenities we needed were there, and the host communicated well. Getting to the apartment was very easy. The fridge makes a little noise, so if you’re sensitive you might want ear plugs.

The apartment itself is well situated, roomy enough for two people, and there’s a free parking spot about a 5‑minute walk away. The organization was poor: when we arrived, another couple had been mistakenly booked into our room. While that can happen, the communication was tedious and not very accommodating, and we had to wait two hours before we could enter. The cleaning was only a rough touch‑up, leaving a lot to be desired. The furnishings were sparse, the water was ice‑cold, and there wasn’t enough toilet paper. The online check‑in was also cumbersome and raised GDPR concerns.

The spot was excellent, the balcony offered a nice view of the town streets, the area was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable; the host was responsive and fixed the hot‑water problem quickly and let us leave an hour late because of the issues. However, the hot water problem persisted, the Wi‑Fi was awful (I couldn’t work and had to use my phone data), the TV was broken and I couldn’t watch anything, there were no wine glasses, and there was only one toilet roll for three days.
