“Schöner Aufenthalt in einer netten Stadt zum Altstadtfest”
I stayed in the city center, the place was kept tidy but showed some signs of age, still clean and worth recommending; the breakfast was good and plentiful, and I'd book again, though a few items could use updating.
This place is run with heart and personal touch, the breakfast is very flavorful and the selection diverse; we highly recommend it and will gladly return.

We enjoyed a very tasty and plentiful breakfast, yet after booking a large room for two nights we only got it for the first night; the staff blamed Bocking and offered us either a different pension for the second night or a smaller room, without any refund or compensation despite paying the full price. Their suggestion to complain to Bocking because they only allocate whatever rooms are available felt downright cheeky, and it ruined what should have been a lovely silver‑wedding celebration.
