“Frigobar vacio”

The breakfast was good. I found the complimentary bottled water labels but there was nothing. The minibar was empty, and at checkout they asked if I had consumed anything. Strange, isn’t it?

No coffee maker was served, and they didn’t replace it even after I requested it. The room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel was always full and dirty, the sauna was a single locker for one person, the pool was overcrowded, and everything was noisy; I don’t recommend it.

“Me Hospedaria Novamente”

Excellent location, close to Shopping Del Sol and Paseo Galería. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the sheets and towels clean. The bathroom and shower were great. There are several elevators and they’re fast. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is executive‑style but also family‑friendly, often hosting committees and large groups, so the breakfast, elevators, and lounge can get busy. They provide free water, a simple gesture that many pricier hotels don’t. Few negatives: the breakfast is good but could improve in variety and layout. We asked for a double bed and were offered two single beds together; probably there were no double beds left, so they gave us that arrangement, but it didn’t disturb our sleep.

In the morning I asked for a lower pillow because that’s my preference. I spent the whole day working outside, and when I returned at night, the pillow was there! I found the staff very attentive.
